New Air Eliminator from Liquid Controls
Liquid Controls is pleased to introduce the Single Head Bulk Plant Air Eliminators with Optical Sensor—a
new bulk plant air elimination solution that simplifies installations, reduces maintenance, and removes
problematic slugs of air. The Single Head Bulk Plant Air Eliminator with Optical Sensor marks the latest
breakthrough in the four‐decade long evolution of Liquid Controls’ air eliminators. It is ideal for
eliminating air from refined fuels applications where product is metered into storage from a truck-mounted
pump.
The Single Head Bulk Plant Air Eliminator with Optical Sensor provides the same benefits as Dual Head
Bulk Plant Air Eliminators, but with greater speed and simplicity. Both air eliminators have a high mount
air eliminator. The high mount air eliminator removes air from the product flow without stopping the
flow, saving the system from harmful hydraulic shock. Both air eliminators eliminate large slugs of air
that can overwhelm and bypass the high mount air eliminator, but the Single Head Bulk Plant Air
Eliminator with Optical Sensor eliminates large air slugs in a much more efficient manner.
