Additive Injection On-Site

Additive Injection

Additive Injection equipment is used to precisely introduce chemicals or additives into a fuel or oil process stream. Traditionally it is been done by top-filling trucks and tanks but with Semler’s self-contained system, take the drivers out of the process and distribute additives safely and more accurately.

With the ability to integrate with fuel management systems, streamline your fuel program with Semler’s additive injection unit.

Automatic Proportioning

Take the driver out of the equation with this Automatic Proportioning version of our additive injection system. The diesel meter on the tank inlet or outlet detects flow and automatically begins pumping the pre-programmed ratio of additive into the diesel fluid stream.

Manual Input Batch Blend

With our Manual Input Batch Blending version, the driver enters how much fuel is to be delivered. and the system then calculates additive volume to be injected based on a preset ratio.
